Daily Planner & Notes – 120 days or in other words 17 weeks!
Therapy is always something very special for each of us. We have decided to change as much about our lives as possible in the few weeks of therapy. It’s not for nothing that the daily routine in therapy is packed with a wide variety of appointments. Unfortunately, we often live from day to day and later from week to week until we are finally released into our new life. Unfortunately , we often don’t really have time for short-term self-reflection , which is so damn important at this time. I have spent a long time thinking about what we can do to make the therapy time as pleasant and meaningful as possible.
The result is this book, which will definitely be a useful tool for you apart from your normal therapy plan!
My story is characterized by hospital stays… I myself have been in detoxification countless times , have completed several months of long-term therapy and have had a very long adaptation phase in a new city.
“If I were asked the question today about what you should definitely think about if you want to pursue the path of personal development through therapy, I would always recommend this planner and notebook with a clear conscience.”
Everything that matters…
Starting with the individual design I created, I wanted this book to bring variety to your everyday life and to stand out from the rest of the therapy documents.
- Feelings: How are you feeling today? It makes sense to reflect on your mood for yourself. You can understand if and when a pattern emerges.
- Medication: What medication did you take today? Especially with psychotropic medications, you should always know which medications you took and when. You should be able to understand for yourself what your medication plan is made up of. Unfortunately, this extremely important self-control often gets lost in everyday life during therapy.
- TO DO: What have you planned to do today? Do you still have to do private things that are not on your therapy plan? Nothing helps you forget personal things more than living and sleeping away from your usual surroundings. You can use this to make sure in advance that you don’t feel angry with yourself afterwards if you forget your personal things.
- Weekly Goals: What do you plan to accomplish and achieve this week? With simple notes here you can see whether you are on the finish line when it comes to your actual medium-term goals.
